I have worked with a lot of home inspectors, both in BC and Ontario. Nic is a fantastic home inspector! He shines with his ethics, and is very professional, detail oriented and has a wealth of knowledge in construction and home systems. I can’t say enough about how awesome Nic is, and would recommend him in a heartbeat to my family and friends. If you are looking for a home inspector, look no further; Nic is an incredible resource!

Nic was friendly and accommodating when I needed an inspection on short notice. His thorough report was helpful when it came to insuring the home afterwards. Would definitely recommend for any home inspections!

Nic was very professional and very detailed in his report. He was able to let me know what were the immediate concerns and what items were less pressing, the report was easy to read but very detailed. I would highly recommend Nic and will definitely be using him again!

Very thorough inspection completed by Nic. Not only was Nic knowledgeable and professional but the inspection report was easy to read and full of helpful information and tips on maintenance. Nic’s services were definitely worth the price paid. Would not hesitate to recommend Next Adventure Home Inspection to anyone looking for a detailed home inspection.

Professional, thorough, and very helpful. For me, buying a home is very stressful but working with Nic was not. I definitely feel more confident both about the house purchase and about maintaining the building moving forward thanks to Nic!

Very professional, and thorough look at the house. I was able to discuss all of my specific concerns and also discussed future renovation ideas. Nic was able to make suggestions and kept what we discussed in mind during the inspection. Report is clear and easy to follow.

Nic's work on our home inspection was great! The report he sent us was incredibly clear and thorough, complete with detailed photos illustrating the various issues. Because we were unable to meet in person, Nic provided a comprehensive and honest breakdown of his findings over the phone, ensuring we fully understood the report. He even offered to conduct a follow-up visit after we've moved in as part of the service.

This was an awesome experience. In the past we have used other inspectors and I truely wish we would have had Nic everytime. He is thorough, flexible, and detailed, in his inspection. Bonus-he is just a really nice guy to work with. You will not be dissapointed.
